The Information We Collect
In general, you can visit our Web site without telling us any personally identifiable information about yourself. Our web servers automatically collect technical information that does not personally identify you, such as the type of browser and operating system you use, and your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address. This information helps us understand how you use or browse our site.
When you register with us we collect information from you, such as your name, mailing address, e-mail address, and phone number, we will collect that information along with any other information you voluntarily provide. When you order products online from us we will also collect your credit card information, including the billing address—we do not store credit card information in any way. Updating or Deletion of Personal Information
You may access your personal information that we keep on file by simply logging into your account. You can view/update your username, password, personal settings, and orders. If at any time you would like us to delete your account or unsubscribe to any site features, simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once cancellation is complete, all of your personal information will be removed from our system.
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act
MONA has no intention of collecting any personally identifiable information (name, address, telephone number, birth date, or e-mail address) from individuals under 13 years of age. If a child has provided us with personally identifiable information, a parent or guardian of that child should contact us at the e-mail address or phone number listed at the bottom of this Statement if they would like this information deleted from our records. We will use reasonable efforts to delete the child’s information from our existing files.
